Arctic trip! West Ireland - east Iceland - into the polar ice pack a few days north of Iceland, where the whalers of the 16th to 19th centuries hunted for months - to East Greenland as the ice permits - to west Iceland - back home. Trip is flexible, adaptable to possible Covid quarantine requirements, unpredictable ice conditions and the quality of the crew. The Covid pandemic put paid to my earlier plans.
